Wow! I’m so excited about the announcement on Saturday regarding our Leadership Program! As of Saturday, ANY personal recruit counts as a needed sponsored rep for your title – they do not have to achieve active status to count! Here’s the breakdown of the standards for each title:
Manager:
- 3 personal recruits
- $500+ Personal Retail Sales (everything you buy, sell or sample counts towards this goal!)
- $2500+ Unit Retail Sales (Unit Retail Sales include your PRS + the PRS of three levels deep in your downline)
Star Manager:
- 6 personal recruits
- $500+ Personal Retail Sales (everything you buy, sell or sample counts towards this goal!)
- $5000+ Unit Retail Sales (Unit Retail Sales include your PRS + the PRS of three levels deep in your downline)
Executive Manager:
- 3 personal recruits
- $500+ Personal Retail Sales (everything you buy, sell or sample counts towards this goal!)
- $7500+ Unit Retail Sales (Unit Retail Sales include your PRS + the PRS of three levels deep in your downline)
So, if you have personally recruited 15 people, but only 3 have gone active, YOU can be an Executive Manager THIS MONTH by simply having $7500 in Unit Sales, with $500+ of them your own sales.
Reminder: Star Managers and above can enter the Director in Qualification program.
For this month only, ANY Consultant (even Consultants who have held the title of Manager before) will be paid a $100 Cash Bonus when they achieve the Manager title. NEW Star Managers will receive a $150 Cash Bonus, and Executive Managers will receive a $200 cash bonus.
What I LOVE about this change (again, it’s for this quarter ONLY, and the cash bonus for returning Managers is for this month only) is it gives YOU complete control over your paycheck. YOU decide how many people you sponsor and YOU have 100% control over your PRS, which feeds into your URS. For many of you, this month is only a sales race, as you already have personal recruits. If you have added a new team member since May, you have a jump start!
How exciting is that? MANY of our Consultants already have 3 … if you’re one of them, why not work to sell $2500 personally this month? That will give you:
- $625 retained profit
- $150 Personal Sales Volume Bonus
- $100 Manager Bonus
- Total: $875 Cash in your pocket … just in time for the holidays!
Imagine if you did that personally, AND inspired a few of your members to hold a single RB event? WOW!
