CONNECT ALLOCATED ONLINE ORDERS TO TUPPERCONNECT PARTIES
Beginning Tuesday, March 23, you can connect your allocated, online orders to a TupperConnect party without the assistance of Customer Care. Although with the switch to Jenkon, TupperConnect will no longer be necessary for hosts to receive credit for online orders, we’re still excited to bring this solution to make the next few weeks of using the current system a little easier.
In order to connect an order, it must be allocated to you (submitted through your personal selling website).
To connect your allocated order to a TupperConnect party, go to My Sales > Party History and click on the “Party Reference #” of the TupperConnect party you want to connect to. You’ll to be taken to the Party Setup page where you will:
• Click on Party Orders & Datings
• Go to “Connect Allocated Tupp.com Orders to this Party” and enter the online order number
• Click “Search Order”
• Once the order details appear, click “Connect Order”
• A message will display once the order is successfully completed. Refresh the page to see that the party has been connected.
On Thursdays, please wait until late afternoon before attempting to connect your online orders. Due to processing the end of the week and end of the month reports, this feature will be unavailable for most of the day each Thursday.
