The excitement is building…the new salesforce  and personal website powered by Jenkon will be launching soon.  Please take a few minutes to read through this very important information.

  • This last week of April is a “short” week.It started on Thursday, April 22nd , and will end on Saturday, April 24th at 11:59 your local time/8:59pm for those in Hawaii. This is the end of the April sales month for all goals, incentives and commissioning.
  • Every order in mysales must be submitted no later than Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 11:59 your local time/8:59pm for those in Hawaii. They will not transition over to the new system. If you have a party started, and you do not submit it, any TupperConnect orders already ordered will be shipped, but the host will not receive party credit.  This is why it’s so important to submit every order in the system.  Check and double check for orders not submitted!
  • Do not start new parties for May sales month in My Sales.
  • All coupons loaded in mysales will expire on April 24th.  Do not lose out!
  • Customer care will be open until 3am ET on Saturday, April 24th for any assistance placing orders.
  • During April 25th-28th, we will have a website “black out” to finalize the transition to the new platform.
    • You will not have access to my.tupperware after April 24th.
    • Mysales party setup and recruiting will no longer be available.
    • You WILL be able to access mysales reports and party history in “view only mode”

    • You will not be able to set up any parties, place any orders, or have customers shop your personal websites.
  • I recommend that you share this meme with your customers

  • The new system will roll out by region. You will receive an email on April 29 when you can access, and begin placing orders, in the new system.
  • Our new shipping charges take affect with orders placed on April 29th.

  • Beginning April 29th, all consultants will have a FREE website for customers to place orders! There will be a PRO level, which will include TuppSocial and a Premium level, which will include TuppSocial and the ability to host a ZOOM. You can still attend a ZOOM at no charge by simply downloading the app.
  • When our new platform is launched, you will still have the opportunity to call customer care for assistance in placing orders.
  • Once Jenkon goes live, to log into your back office you will go to myoffice.tupperware.com.
  • Your personal website URLs/addresses will not change. So tupperware.com/username or username.my.tupperware.com will both work.
