This lotto concept is something that can be used in multiple ways. You could provide it to the host prior to the party, which will then give her a nice jump start on her party. Or you could sell these yourself to bring in sales.
Please note: in some states this is not legal. Know your laws. Apparently a “loophole” is if you give a gift (like a citrus peeler) to everyone that purchases an entry, it’s ok. If you do that, then I would ship all the citrus peelers to the host for distribution.
