Easter Weekend Hours
Lines will be closed on Saturday, April 16. Regular working hours from Monday, April 11 to Friday, April 15 will remain the same.
Platinum Hours
Starting this week, our Platinum line hours will be extended every Wednesday until 9 P.M. ET for those organizational leaders that typically can’t contact us during business hours.
Callback Option
We now have available the callback option on our Sales Force lines (both Bilingual and French numbers). Now your team members don’t have to wait on the phone to get to one of our representatives, they can just select the call reason on our IVR and then follow the instructions to get a callback when it’s their turn in line. For now, the callback will come from the number +1-407-904-6533 for our Sales Force Bilingual line and from the number +1-407-904-6148 for our Sales Force French line.
