Heads up! There’s a new scam out there. Using a stolen cc, someone is joining Tupperware with a bogus name, then immediately placing an order with the stolen card, shipping the product to 3rd party. Then they do it again, creating a new acct, with a new name. And again.
It started last week, and Legacy wasn’t affected. Tupperware added a Recruiting Authentication Process, where they have to get a code before continuing with the registration. It stopped, but apparently these thiefs have found a workaround. It’s started back this week.
When I woke up this morning and saw MASSIVE recruiting in the middle of the night, I knew Legacy had been hit. Now I need to sort out the scammers from real recruits. If you’ve had a legit recruit this week, please let me know right away. This is someone you’ve talked to personally, and they’ve joined. If you’ve had recruits that “came from nowhere” I need to know that to. We are putting a hold on these recruit’s accounts until we verify. Please know that you did nothing wrong.
