August Calendar

As we begin the August sales month, we will have a big promotion called TNT…Think EXPLOSIVE!  Think Today–Not–Tomorrow.  We are challenging every single team member to make a list of people that you think might benefit from joining our team.  Here’s a few ideas of people to put on your list.

• Those that might be interested in a side gig.  They have a job/career/family, but could use a little EXTRA for the EXTRAS
• Someone that you know has a short term goal that they night want to make money for.  Maybe it’s a graduation party next year, an anniversary trip, a wedding to pay for, a remodeling job.  SO MANY GOALS!
• Someone that has expressed that they’d like EVERYTHING IN THE CATALOG
• Someone that LOVES Tupperware and would make a great Brand Ambassador
• Someone that needs an outlet.  Maybe they’re a new mama needing adult interaction, a recent empty nester or retiree, widow or widower.
• Someone new to area, or someone super shy, looking to make new friends
• Someone that is just plain FUN
• Someone you know that has MAD SKILLS that you think would be very transferable…love to cook, great on social media, super people person
• The key…DON’T PREJUDGE!  JUST MAKE YOUR LIST!

Try to make a list of about 10 people.  Then what?

• Personally invite them to one of NINE events we have for them to get the facts.  Please don’t just post on Facebook and think that’s inviting.  Ideally, pick up the phone and invite them.  If that’s too scary, send them a personal text message or Facebook message.
• If you are participating, we are asking that you allow each guest that attends to purchase any one item at 25% off.  Yep!  It’s bribery.  But it also allows them to experience the Tupperware discount, and while you won’t make profit, you will get sales credit.  Imagine…if you have 5 guests and they each place a $50 retail order…that’s $250 in sales credit toward your goals.
• For every guest you have, your name will go in a drawing for a knife set!  When you have 3 or more guests, you will get DOUBLE ENTRIES! So one guest is one entry, two guests are two entries, 3 guests are SIX entries, 4 guests are EIGHT entries!…and so on!
• There are 9 times available.  DO NOT OFFER ALL 9 TIMES.  Pick 2-3 that works for YOUR time zone, and invite them to ONE of them.  If they can’t make that ONE, offer the next time you’ve selected. While I’m committed to all nine times, you don’t have to be!
