Please note the updated warranty review process when you submit a warranty. Here’s a few tips:
- Before submitting your requests, make sure you have pictures of all warranty items so you are prepared in the event that you need to submit them.
- Always make sure to hold all warranty items for 30 days. I do this by having a bin. Once I submit it, I date it with a sharpie. Once the 30 days has passed I recycle.
- If you have a large quantity, Tupperware will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to ship the product back to the factory.
