Update from Tupperware
We need to update you on several topics related to the Host Bonus and the effects of Hurricane Ian:
$750 HOST BONUS UPDATE: Due to an unforeseen delay with customs, these two Host Bonuses will not arrive at Hemingway until mid-October. We do not want to hold-up your Record Breaker plans so we are going to do the following:
The offer will open in the system tomorrow, Friday, September 30 at 3:00 PM ET, as soon as the team has full connectivity.
If you would like to close your party before that time, please follow these steps:
1. Close your party and submit your order of $750+ US and 2 bookings
2. Email Customer Care @ nacustomercare@tupperware.com with the following info:
a. Subject Line: October Host Bonus Offer
b. Consultant ID & Party Reference #
c. If you want to purchase one or both Host Bonuses
d. The address you would like them shipped to once available (if ordering both, need to be same address for both)
e. Best phone number and time to contact you to ask for payment information. Please do not include your credit card number on the email.
f. A Customer Care Specialist authorized to collect payments will contact you for your payment information within 5 business days. To ensure confidence that you are receiving a call from our Tupperware Call Center, please have them verify the name of your Upline.
We will not be holding party orders and will ship these items separately from the rest of the order at no additional cost to you or your Host once inventory is available. Flyers will be updated and a shipping delay message will be added to the back office so when the SFM is placing the Host offer they will see the delay. We apologize for this inconvenience as we know how much your Hostesses love our innovative products!
CUSTOMER CARE CENTER’s full access has been restored and they are fully operational.
DASHBOARD TURNOVER is estimated to happen sometime tomorrow. This is an estimate as the team continues to have accessibility issues due to the serious storm damage in some areas. Please know they are working as much and as hard as they can to get this information to you and your company. We will share an update in the morning.
HEMINGWAY AND HURRICANE IAN: In preparation for Hurricane Ian’s passing through SC, Hemmingway will be closing early tomorrow to ensure team members get home and prepare. Depending on the effects of the storm in the area, they anticipate resuming regular operations on Monday.
