KENTUCKY DERBY BOURBON  BBQ Brown Sugar Pulled Chicken for sliders or burger buns! With coleslaw so so good! 🏇🌹🏆 🥃
In Pressure Cooker put 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. Made a sauce of 1 cup BBQ sauce, 1 cup Coke, 1/2 cup Kentucky bourbon 🥃, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken and pressure cook for 30 minutes. Once done, allow the pressure to go down then just shred with a fork and spoon onto your buns top with coleslaw!
