Shipping Update! 🚚
We’re currently experiencing longer shipment times as our new team members in Indianapolis are getting up to speed with Tupperware. They’re improving every day, and starting Monday, we’ll have three shifts working seven days a week to help us catch up.
Josh (sweet southern guy in charge of shipping facility) said to let you know… “if you sell it, we will ship it!” The new facility has the capacity to pack 5,000 orders per day!
Additionally, if your order says “processing,” it’s actually on the way during this transition. New software updates will fix this over the next few weeks! You may have also noticed that our shipments are now coming via UPS instead of FedEx, as we’re phasing out FedEx.
