Remind your customers! Each person received their own code. If you haven’t received your code, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, you can contact customer care.
That said I believe if you use BIGT followed by the amount it will work. Ex: BIGT40 for 4 sold. Make sure you use the same email as you used to place the first order.
