As many of you know, there have been some issues with our shipments since moving to the new shipping facility in early May.

  • Tupperware transitioned from FedEx to UPS at that time.  However, Hawaii orders are shipping USPS.  This has created several problems
    • The new facility was not set up for USPS.com, so there has been a substantial delay in getting our orders processed.  That seems to have been fixed since the beginning of June
    • Some of you, especially in rural areas, can not get packages delivered to your home via USPS.  Please make sure to change your shipping address to your PO Box or your HCR. You may also want to talk to you local post office to avoid having orders returned.
    • The tracking that shows up in our back office takes you to UPS.com.  The number is a USPS tracking number, so it will come up as invalid.  You will need to copy and paste the tracking number to USPS.com
    • Many of us have orders from early May that we still have not received.  It looks like they were not shipped USPS Priority, but were sent via USPS Ground Advantage.  We believe this has been corrected, because we are getting our orders from late May and even June already.
