Many of you have been waiting for an update regarding warranty. Here’s a few things you need to know:
- The reason that warranty is not fully operational is because the focus has been in producing inventory to sell. Running a machine to just make parts would prohibit us from having the product we need.
- There ARE limited products available for replacement at this time. You can enter in in the system just like you always have.
- The voucher system is working. You can givee voucher credit for the entire product (bowl and seal for example) if the item is not available. I offered this to a customer last week and she was thrilled to be able to get a credit for her bowl and seal.
- When the new parts catalog becomes available (target is end of September), we will not have everything available. It’s just not feasible to produce all of these parts for items that are sometimes only requested once a month from all salesforce.
- Products that are “seasonal” will have parts available when that product is offered for sale.
