APOLOGY GIFT
We will send an email to consultants and customers affected by significant shipping delays during our transition to the new facility (for those who provided an email address when ordering). These emails will be dispatched by Friday, June 27th.
Orders Eligible for Communication:
– Orders placed between April 1st and June 17th
– Orders that took more than 20 days to ship (whether shipped fully or partially)
– Orders that took over 7 days to ship and had either a cancellation or a partial shipment
Each recipient will receive an email containing a $30 voucher for use on a $100+ order as a gesture of apology and gratitude for their patience.
 
 
 
PAYQUICKER FEE TO INCREASE
What is Payquicker? PayQuicker is a financial tech company allowing its clients to offer secure and compliant instant payouts to their participants globally with pre-paid debit cards, all through a single point of integration. In our case Tupperware is their client and salesforce members are the participants.  Our website overpayments and bonuses are sent to payquicker.  You can access these funds through a debit card, or you can sweep the money to you bank account.  Effective August 1st, Payquicker will increase the fee from $5 to $10 per month on Inactive accounts.  This is not for consultants with inactive Tupperware accounts.  Payquicker doesn’t know which consultant is a Director, a consultant or an inactive consultant.
 
An inactive PAYQUICKER accounts is one with no activity for greater than 120 days.  This fee does not apply if you:
  • Continue to be paid by the Company you work for
  • Have any account activity within the last 120 days (including using your debit card)
  • Account activity includes payments, purchases, bank transfers and ATM withdrawals.
  • If your account has a zero balance the fee will not be charged

In other words…DON’T FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY!

 
 
UPDATE FROM INCENTIVES
 
It was recently brought to our attention that the May One Touch Fresh 3-Pc. Set Recruiter Reward has been arriving to some achievers without the seals. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. We are currently identifying the affected recipients (fewer than 100) and will be shipping the missing seals directly to them. An update will be shared via PAL by end of day Friday to keep everyone informed. Thank you for your patience as we work to make this right.

Remind your customers! Each person received their own code. If you haven’t received your code, check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, you can contact customer care. That said I believe if you use BIGT followed by the amount it will work. Ex: BIGT40 for 4 sold. Make sure you use the same email as you used to place the first order.
 
 
 
 
IT UPDATE – New Shopify Accounts for Consultants without an activated Shopify account on Tupperware.com 
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience, we are implementing a new IT update that will automatically migrate consultant data to Shopify. This means that new Shopify accounts will be created for consultants who do not currently have one. Once an account is created, an email notification will be triggered to inform the user about their new account. It is important to note that no action will be required on your part. This update is designed to streamline our service and better support you and your business.
