I’ve been working diligently to get a resolution to our shipping issues. This past week, many of you receive the orders you have been patiently waiting for. I know there are still a few out there that you haven’t received. My understanding is that these orders are being re-fulfilled and reshipped.
That said, if you have any orders that you placed prior to June 10 and you haven’t received them yet, please email me the following information;
Your 11-digit ID
Order date
Order Number
And if there is a tracking number, I need that as well. You can find the USPS tracking number when you click on the order in your back office. Scroll down. It’s a 22 digit number and starts with 94055
