Shipping Update as of 10/23
In Mid-Sepember the packing facility upgraded to a WMS (Warehouse Management System). This is designed to give us better visibility to all shipments, including Canada,
Unfortunately there were a few issues, which caused some delays in shipping with the upgrade. . The Team is working hard to clear the backlog of orders, and making great progress.
As of noon on Thursday:
**5500 Orders should have now switched to “shipped confirmed”, meaning they are on trucks and leaving the facility.
**7164 units(900 orders) were picked just between 8am-Noon, hoping to reach 20K for the day, getting us back on trend.
**A third Canada Trailer for the week will “ship confirmed” tonight, meaning it will leave tomorrow morning.
For reference, the breakdown of backlogged orders is below:
*September Orders – 184 (Most cleared on 11/23)
*October 1-9 Orders – 2100
*October 10-16 Orders – 5142
