Springfest 2026 plans are underway and we are really excited! But before we can open registration we need to sign a contract for the hotel rooms and meeting space. We’ve narrowed it down to a handful of the many options in Las Vegas, but before we contract we need a ballpark idea. While this doesn’t obligate you in any way, it will help us determine which hotels we can eliminate due to meeting room size restrictions and which ones don’t have the sleeping accommodations. We need to insure we can get a room block big enough as there are two other major conventions in town that week which makes larger blocks of hotel rooms a little more challenging.
