Hello Amazing Team,
To better align our resources with actual contact demand and continue improving service quality, we will be adjusting the Customer Care phone support operating hours across several service lines. These changes are based on the demand forecast we are seeing, it will allow us to focus our staffing during peak hours, reduce low-volume late shifts, and improve our ability to resolve tickets across all channels—phone, chat, email, and social media.
These adjustments took effect on Monday, December 22, and will remain in place until further notice.
 
Please note that only phone service hours are changing. Agent schedules will remain unchanged unless Operations determines otherwise.

If you have an issue with an order (missing item, arrived broken, etc) I would encourage you to EMAIL rather than call. This is the correct email to use:

Please make sure that your email includes the following information to ensure resolution as quick as possible:
• Consultant ID
• Email on profile
• Summary:
o Brief description of issue
o Party reference number or order number
o Any error messages
o Screenshots if needed
