Super excited that our warranty has now re-opened!
We are now using a voucher system, which is redeemable on your PERSONAL WEBSITE (PWS). The good news about this is that customers can do their own warranty!
To submit a warranty claim, follow the steps below:
1. Visit tupperware.com or your PWS.
2. Scroll down to the black section and select “Warranty.”
3. After reviewing the warranty chart, select “US Warranty Claim Form,” or click the following link:

4. Complete all required information and click Submit.
5. A 7-digit reference number starting with 311 will be provided to confirm the claim was successfully submitted. Please note that this number is for reference purposes only.
6. After review by the warranty department, a resolution will be sent to the email address entered within 5 business days. If approved, a voucher code will be provided.
Once a customer has a voucher code, they can redeem it toward a replacement item or ANY item on the website.
