Warranty Update – Online Process

  • After submitting a warranty request, you will receive a warranty claim number. Please be sure to save this number, as the links to the PDF and email confirmation of the request are currently not functioning.
  • In the voucher confirmation email, the team is working on adding the specific product associated with the voucher for clearer reference.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for warranty vouchers to be processed.

As a side note–

Please don’t tell customers that we no longer do warranty.  While there was a period when we were on pause, telling them we no longer do warranty is not true.  The system is now up and running, it’s just different. 

  • Customers can do their own warranty.  Many of you have asked for that for years.  If you want to do it for a good customer, you can.
  • We now offer a voucher program.  This is the new way.  We will never have all parts of all items available.  It’s logistically just not possible.  It’s still a fabulous warranty.  Where else can you buy something, use it for decades and when it breaks get a voucher to use?
  • For those that lose items the goal is to have parts available for purchase of the “most requested products”.
