All you have to do is DECIDE and then begin working for the qualifications. Unlike other jobs where you compete against others for a promotion, you only compete against yourself! Qualification are black and white, and everyone that achieves them gets a promotion and a pay raise! Take a look at the qualifications. Managers: 3 Personal Active Reps (PAR) and $2500 in Unit Retail Sales (URS). At least $500 must be Personal Retail Sales (PRS). Unit Retail Sales are the sales of You, your personal active reps, and all those sponsored by your reps three levels deep. Upon Stepping up you can earn 2 extra bonuses per month. First time Managers receive a $100 bonus as well.
Star Managers: 6 Personal Active Reps (PAR) and $5000 in Unit Retail Sales (URS). At least $500 must be Personal Retail Sales (PRS) Unit Retail Sales are the sales of You, your personal active reps, and all those sponsored by your reps three levels deep. Upon Stepping up you can earn 2 extra bonuses per month. First time Star Managers receive a $150 bonus as well.
Executive Managers: 9 Personal Active Reps (PAR) and $7500 in Unit Retail Sales (URS). At least $500 must be Personal Retail Sales (PRS). Unit Retail Sales are the sales of You, your personal active reps, and all those sponsored by your reps three levels deep.Upon Stepping up you can earn 3 extra bonuses per month. First time Managers receive a $250 bonus as well.
To become a Director, enter the Director in Qualification Program with 6 Personal Active Reps (PAR) and $7500 in Dream Team Sales. At least $500 must be Personal Retail Sales (PrS). Dream Team Sales are the sales of You, your personal active reps, and all those sponsored by your reps ALL levels deep. First time Directors receive a $1000 bonus and are enrolled in the WOW program, which allows you to earn a Disney Trip for 4 within 6 months of becoming a Director AND a $22,000 cash bonus within 18 months of becoming a Director!
