Some of you have mentioned that customers are frustrated with the length of time to get orders. We always say 10 business days from submission. That’s two weeks if there are no holidays. However, we have two issues we are currently dealing with.  

  1. Like all companies, including amazon, we are dealing with a backlog at FedEx and USPS.
  2. Our factory is not set up for “social distancing”. The employees are now spaced 6 feet apart, so packing orders is a slower process.
  3. Tupperware is now working two shifts and about to go to three shift to stay on top of the enormous sales volume we have had in the last 6 weeks.

Tupperware is now suggesting we say 13 business days to allow for this delay.
