Mid-August Brochure Inventory Update

As you may have noticed over the weekend, we depleted inventory of the 2-Qt./2 L Slim Line Pitchers featured in the tear-off section of the mid-August brochure on Tupperware.com over the weekend, and today we depleted inventory in My Sales. We apologize for the inconvenience. To help you with any outstanding orders you may not yet have entered for this set, we’re opening a set of two 1½-qt./1.5 L Eco Water Bottles (item #81774), in the color of Purplicious, at the same price of $19. This replacement offer will open tomorrow morning, August 25, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time, and will remain open through 11:59 your local time on Wednesday, September 9. Online brochure files will be updated as soon as possible. (Please note: This offer was scheduled to end on August 26th, but the replacement offer will run through September 9)

  • All Alfresco HGS and 11pc Modular Mate Sets have been shipped. No longer on B/O
  • FS 10pc set are continue to manufacture and ship. The Final ship date is projected for Sept 4
  • Cookware for back orders will arrive Sept 18th. This will only fulfil back orders.  Additional quantities have been ordered from our overseas plant for September and October orders, but it will arrive months later.   Customers ordering online will be notified before submitting an order of this delay. Those customers ordering through consultants should be advised of this delay
  • Consultants ordering the cookware for Confident Start. Those already ordered will be fulfilled with the shipment arriving in September. Those ordering after the fact should expect a January delivery.  The reason for this delay is because our cookware is manufactured in one of our overseas plants, and there is a tremendous delay in shipping.
  • Insulated tumblers with straw seal will ship next week
  • The metal whisk will ship Sept 4th
  • Mini FridgeSmarts are now available
  • The mold for the Vent ‘n Serve will be arriving in Hemingway late this week, and production will begin to fill those back-orders
  • Large Polybags are now open for orders

Text updates: Feel free to share this information with your customers!  You and your customers can check anytime for the status of their order.  If they order online, they receive a confirmation email with their order number.  If they order through you, you will need to provide the order number for them.  Make sure to provide the order number and not the party reference number.  Text STATUS OR <insert order number> to 89273. That is STATUS space OR space order number.
