Helpful hints and enhancements:

2. Add a booking for a guest:
a. For a guest that you’ve created a card for (In the create a party section, under party orders tab).
b. For a guest who placed an order on your PWS
i. Currently there isn’t a place to “add booking” on orders placed on a party through your website.
ii. Go to create a party>party orders
iii. Add a guest. Select/search for their information to create a new card.
iv. Once new card is created, follow steps on pdf.

3. Adding other consultants as host/guests on your parties
a. Jenkon will not allow you to add a different consultant as a host/guest at a party.
i. Anna is a Consultant holding a party with host Brooke. She is holding a party where Julie, who is also a Consultant, is attending. Julie wants to place an order on her friend Brooke’s party. Due to Julie being a Consultant, Anna is not able to add an order for her.
b. If attempted, a card will be created but product selection will not be available.
c. Future solution:
i. The system will begin to block you from adding a different consultant as a host/guest.
