New Consultants! If you started Confident Start in our old system, but completed it in the new system there seems to be an issue with your awards. As you know, we had to manually track this program for you.
If you are missing an award in your back office that you earned through Confident Start, please call customer care. Let them know that you started in one system, finished in the new system and that the system isn’t recognizing that you achieved a new level. Ask for a ticket number. Then they can manually check and add it to your office.
If it’s not resolved in 7 days, let me know, and provide your ticket number.
