This week is an all out SHARE THE OPPORTUNITY WEEK.
One thing that is part of our culture in Tupperware is to invite people to join our team. No matter whether your goal is to step up in leadership or not, we ask everyone to give people the opportunity to have what you have. A few things to think about:
- What if someone was selfish and didn’t want to share Tupperware with you?
- What if someone pre-judge you and decided you wouldn’t be good, were too busy, didn’t need the money, had too many kids…and did’t invite you?
- When you bring someone into the business, you are not doing something TO them. You are doing something FOR them. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from being a part of the business. They can learn tips on saving time and money, healthy eating tips, technology tips, build their confidence, give them extra money for paying off debts or saving for something exciting. And of course they will be able to earn a lot of great products to transform their kitchen and make gift giving so easy.
So…who all can you INVITE TO HEAR THE INFORMATION? It doesn’t obligate them, but it gives them the facts so they can make an informed decision!
Look what’s in it for them:
- A great kit choice:
- A great product when they get started right away
- A shopping spree when they submit $250/$500 in their first 30 days!
- A product of the future worth $250 for only $24 when they submit $250 in February, March and April
- Our Confident Start awards for their cumulative sales February-May
- Any other incentives offered to all consultants!
What about YOU?
The immediate rewards are fun:
Of course the long term payoffs are event better!
