Information regarding the Super Sonic Chopper Tall:
Last week the Super Sonic Chopper Tall was offered in one of the sales drops. It was announced that there were only 1600, and it would sell out fast. Unfortunately it was discovered that the box was labeled incorrectly and they were COMPACT choppers, instead of TALL choppers. Only 900 had shipped when they realized this, and then the product was closed.
Knowing that some people probably scooped these up to resell, Tupperware made the decision to issue a $9 credit for each one, rather than asking to have it returned. There are no TALL choppers at this time to refulfill the orders. However, IF you or your customer are not satisfied with this solution, you can contact customer care.
